The ACR GlobalFix RLB-35 is a 406 MHz GPS Emergency Position-Indicating Radio Beacon (EPIRB) designed for maritime distress and search-and-rescue applications. It incorporates an internal GPS receiver to acquire vessel position and transmits the distress alert and position information through the Cospas-Sarsat satellite system.
