The Kannad Marine SafeLink SportPro is a GPS-enabled Emergency Position-Indicating Radio Beacon (EPIRB) designed for maritime distress and search-and-rescue applications. It transmits a 406 MHz distress alert through the Cospas-Sarsat satellite system and provides a 121.5 MHz homing signal to assist search and rescue teams during final localization.
