The Martek Marine Navgard is a Bridge Navigational Watch Alarm System (BNWAS) designed to monitor the alertness of the Officer of the Watch and initiate sequential alarms if bridge activity is not detected or acknowledged within the required period. Its modular architecture supports different bridge layouts with reset devices, alarm sounders and optional motion sensors.
