The NSR NTW-1000 is a portable two-way VHF radiotelephone designed to meet GMDSS performance requirements for survival craft communications. Its compact, lightweight and rugged construction is intended for straightforward operation in marine emergency applications. The unit supports marine VHF channels and can operate with either an emergency primary battery or a rechargeable battery.
