The Ocean Signal safeSEA S200 is an AIS Search and Rescue Transmitter (AIS SART) designed to assist in locating survival craft during maritime emergencies. When activated, it transmits its identity and GNSS-derived position on both AIS channels, allowing nearby AIS-equipped vessels to identify and track the distress position. Designed for SOLAS/GMDSS applications, the S200 combines AIS-based distress locating with integrated GNSS and NFC functionality.
